Owner/Manager Carolyn White's early background was in film distribution, advertising and the recording industry, but it was later appointments with one of Sydney's top management agencies and then as casting director for a major advertising agency that set her on the path that would become her lifetime career. She felt there was room for a small, intimate management agency, and urged by a number of actors who wanted her to represent them, she opened the doors of Carolyn White Management in 1975.

As Owner/Manager, Carolyn prides herself on knowing each one of her clients individually, and devotes as much time and care to nurturing the talents of young performers as she does in maintaining the careers of her established clients. Over thirty years, her clients have worked in all aspects of theatre, film, television, radio, voice-overs, and corporate performance.
